Roaming mob as well. When you kill this place holder, go SE, the very first Mammoth you see is also a Place holder. This one is Static. Hoartusk will spawn at only these two locations.

-Windscreamer Lv.38 Sig Lynx Area: High Moor, Trollshaws. Right under the 2 O's in the Moor on your map. This mob Patrols the High Moor, he is Stealth, and his place holder sometimes is. Just head to the High Moor and look for a Lynx that roams for ever, this dude really has a large area he roams

-Skybreaker Lv.48 EliteMaster Drake
Area: East Angmar. This mob has only 2 spawn points. One is in the Drake infested area far to the SE. East past the Fane of Seven Sentinels. Look for a Drake up there that walks around the entire area. That is one place holder. The other spawn point/placeholder is just north of the drake area. If your up top at the first spawn point, and run north, you will fall down to 1 drake that roams around. He is the only other place holder.
If he spawns up top, he will walk the same area as his place holder.
If he spawns down bellow, he will walk farther north, then circle around.

-Sawtooth lv20 Sig. Wolf Area: Lonelands 28.6S, 41.6W Spawns in Den near Weather way bridge

-Sagrurz Lv 37 Elite Warg

-Colnor Lv.52 EliteMaster Drake Area: East Angmar 8.0N, 24.0W Has 2 place holders. One is a Iron Crown that will be walking the same route as Colnor, other will be farther north, A named Troll. Another huge roaming area.

-Snowback Lv.49 Elite Snowbeast Area: Misty Mountains
Snowback has 2 roamers that roam the area south of the stair in Misty Mountains, around the whole area that is on the map as "Northern Bruinen Gorge". If you stand in that area, you'll see a lot of trees to your left and a small patch to your right side. The first roamer spawns on the right side in that little patch of trees. He walks up to the Helegrod raid entrance, then straight down the middle, around a small rock at the bottom of the area then stops still and doesn't move again. The second roamer spawns in the central area, he walks straight up the middle to about 100 yards west of the Helegrod raid entrance then turns west and walks towards the zone wall. He then turns south and walks all the way down to a rock at the bottom, does a lap around it then stops at the bottom area the same as the first roamer. If you can't find either roamer, check the bottom area where they both spawn and kill any Snow-beast around there. The roamers also never stop until they reach this bottom part, so they are easy to notice if you follow a couple of them that are moving at the time you get there, you'll probably notice one that isn't stopping. The spawn points are:

1st roamer: 20.7S, 2.0W
2nd roamer: 20.5S, 2.4W

-Gnashmaw Lv.48 Elite Worm Area:East Angmar 2 place holders. 1 travels through the ravine in Gorothlad, around the L. Another circles the canyon around the LAD in gorothlad

-Swale-singer Lv. 45 Sig Neekerbeeker
Area: East/West Angmar Swale-singer
It's a level 45 Signature Neeker that spawns a little above the first "a" in "Malenhad" on the Angmar map. He has 2 roamers, which are both neekers. Go to that position on the map that I've mentioned and you'll see a huge rock, which I call "the table" cause it has a large flat area on the top of it and some smaller rocks to the sides that look like seats :P Anyway, the first roamer starts on the south side of this huge rock. He walks around the rock going east, then north. He then turns west and walks along the cliff face then does a lap of the area around the "M" in "Malenhad" then walks back towards the starting position. The second roamer walks kinda the same way, but backwards. He starts a little west of the first roamers position, and takes the same path roughly that the Ancient Ironscale takes, so if you are looking for the 2nd roamer, look for the Ancient Ironscale and follow it and you'll get the rough idea of the route the 2nd one takes.

-Achathling Lv. 50 Elite Spider Area: East Angmar. North East of Himbar in East Angmar, Enter the Spider Den, Look for a roaming Spider queen.
